  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 c. self-rising flour
  • 4 Tbsp. powdered milk
  • 3/4 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2 c. warm water

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients then add oil, egg, and water. Mix and spoon into greased muffin tin, about 1/2 to 3/4 full. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remaining mixture can be stored in refrigerator for 1 week in air tight container.
