- 4 c. self-rising flour
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 c. oil
- 4 Tbsp. dry milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. warm water
- 1 egg
Directions

1Mix flour, yeast, sugar, milk and salt together.

2Add warm water, oil and egg.

3Mix by hand; spoon into greased muffin tins, filling half full.

4Bake at 400° for about 12 minutes or until brown.

5This dough will keep in refrigerator for several days.
