- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. warm water
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Add beaten egg, oil and sugar. Gradually add flour; mix well after each addition.

3These are ideal baked in muffin tins, filling the tins about half full (spoon in tins).

4Bake at 375° about 25 to 30 minutes.

5Use what dough is needed, it will keep several days in the refrigerator in a covered bowl.
