- 1 pkg. yeast
- 2 c. very warm water
- 1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 4 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Place yeast in water.

2Melt oleo and cream with sugar in large bowl.

3Add beaten egg.

4Mix together dissolved yeast and cream mixture, then add flour.

5Stir until mixed well.

6Place in airtight bowl and keep in refrigerator.

7When ready to use, spoon in well-greased muffin pans and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
