- 2 cakes tofu (soft)
- 1 can Azuki-an

1Put mochiko and tofu into a mixing bowl.

2Knead them very well.

3Form into small round balls.

4Boil a lot of water in a large pot.

5Put small balls into boiled water.

6Take out small balls when they float on water.

7Mix the balls and Azuki-an (sweat beans).
