Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 c. lukewarm water
  • 2/3 c. cooking oil
  • 4 c. self-rising flour

Directions

    Dissolve yeast in water; beat egg well and add to water.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Mix well.

    Put in well-greased muffin pan. Bake at 400° until brown, approximately 30 minutes.

    Dough can be kept in refrigerator a few days.

    Bring to room temperature before baking.
