- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 c. lukewarm water
- 2/3 c. cooking oil
- 4 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water; beat egg well and add to water.

2Add remaining ingredients.

3Mix well.

4Put in well-greased muffin pan. Bake at 400° until brown, approximately 30 minutes.

5Dough can be kept in refrigerator a few days.

6Bring to room temperature before baking.
