- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 2 c. warm water
- 4 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Mix sugar and butter; add beaten egg and yeast.

2Add self-rising flour.

3Drop by spoonfuls in greased muffin tins to 3/4 full.

4Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

5Will keep in airtight container for one week.
