- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in 2 tablespoons warm water; set aside.

2Mix 2 cups water, egg, oil and sugar; add to yeast mixture.

3Stir in flour, mixing thoroughly.

4Spoon into greased muffin tins.

5Bake 20 minutes at 400°.
