  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 4 c. rising flour
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
  • 2 c. warm water
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 pkg. dry yeast

Directions

    Place yeast and warm water in a large mixing bowl.

    Add beaten egg and melted margarine to yeast and then add sugar.

    Add flour and mix well.

    Drop by spoonful into a well-greased muffin pan. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

    You may refrigerator dough and use later.
