Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. evaporated (Pet) milk
  • 4 c. self-rising flour

Directions

    Mix first 6 ingredients.

    Add flour and mix well.

    Dough will be very soft.

    Do not let dough rise.

    Store dough in a covered airtight container in refrigerator.

    Use as needed for warm yeast rolls by filling muffin pan cups (sprayed with Pam baking spray) 1/2 full of dough.

    Bake in a preheated 400° oven for 15 minutes. Serve warm.
