- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. very warm water
- 1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 4 c. unsifted self-rising flour
Directions

1Place yeast in 2 cups warm water.

2Cream oleo and sugar together in a large bowl.

3Add egg and cream a little more.

4Add yeast and water mixture.

5Stir and add flour.

6Mix well with electric mixer.

7Place in airtight bowl and keep in refrigerator. To cook, drop by spoonfuls into well-greased muffin pan and bake at 350° for about 20 minutes or until well browned.

8Will keep in refrigerator about 1 week.

9They go from refrigerator to oven. Don't have to be left out to rise.

10Makes 24 rolls.
