- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. warm water
- 1 1/2 sticks melted margarine
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten well
- 4 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Place yeast in 2 cups warm water.

2Melt margarine and cream with sugar in a large bowl.

3Add beaten egg.

4Add dissolved yeast in creamed mixture.

5Add flour and stir until well mixed.

6Place in an airtight bowl and keep in refrigerator to chill.

7Drop by spoonful in a well-greased pan.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Makes 2 dozen.
