- 2 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 1/2 stick melted butter
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 4 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Mix water and yeast according to yeast directions.

2In separate bowl, mix sugar and melted butter. Combine all ingredients.

3Place in a tight bowl in refrigerator as dough is better when thoroughly cold or made the night before.

4Grease muffin tins.

5Spoon in dough.

6Bake at 350° until brown.

7Makes 24 rolls.

8Leftover dough can be kept in refrigerator for 3-4 days.
