- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 4 c. self-rising flour

1Melt the margarine in a 10-cup refrigerator container, using the microwave oven.

5Add the flour and mix well. Refrigerate until you are ready to bake muffins.
