- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. lukewarm water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1 egg
- dash of salt
- 4 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Mix yeast in warm water.

2Add sugar, oil, egg, salt and flour; mix until well blended.

3Put in refrigerator.

4When ready to use, place by spoonfuls into well-greased muffin pans.

5Bake at 425° for 20 minutes.

6These will keep in refrigerator for one week.
