- 1 lb. peas
- 4 small onions
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. oleo
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 lb. grated cheese
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
Directions

1Cook vegetables in salted water until tender.

2Place in baking dish.

3Make a sauce of the butter, flour and milk.

4Cook until thick and add cheese.

5Pour sauce over vegetables and pour the bread crumbs over the vegetables.

6Add 2 tablespoons butter and garnish with parsley.
