- 1 medium cauliflower or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, cooked cauliflower, drained
- 1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
- 1/3 to 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Directions

1Separate cauliflower into flowers.

2Place in shallow baking dish, 10 x 6 x 2-inches.

3Blend soup, milk and cheese.

4Pour over cauliflower. Top with bread crumbs.

5Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until bubbling.

6Makes 6 to 8 servings.
