Ingredients

  • FOR THE SALAD:
  • 8 ounces, weight Bagged Field Greens
  • 1 whole Roma Tomato (Rinsed, Quartered)
  • 1/4 cups Diced Cucumber
  • 1/4 cups Diced Red Onion
  • 2 whole Radish (Rinsed, Diced)
  • 1/4 cups Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
  • FOR THE DRESSING:
  • 2 Tablespoons Plain Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons Almond Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Strawberry Jam
  • 1/2 teaspoons Poppy Seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper

Directions

    In a large mixing bowl add all of the salad ingredients. Using two large spoons toss well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.

    For the dressing: In a small bowl add the dressing ingredients. Stir well and refrigerate until ready to serve.

    To serve: Add field green salad to a bowl or plate. Stir dressing well and drizzle over greens. Enjoy!
