  • 1 c. fresh strawberries
  • 1 c. fresh pineapple
  • 1 c. fresh rhubarb
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
  • 1 tsp. grated orange rind

Directions

    Mix fruit, sugar, rind and tapioca and let stand while preparing pastry for 2-crust pie.

    Use strips across top of pie. Bake in 450° oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
