- 1 c. fresh pineapple
- 1 c. fresh rhubarb
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
- 1 tsp. grated orange rind

1Mix fruit, sugar, rind and tapioca and let stand while preparing pastry for 2-crust pie.
