- 4 cups quick oats
- 1 cup wheat germ
- 1 cup wheat bran
- 12 cup oat bran
- 12 cup buckwheat groats
- 12 cup sunflower seeds
- 12 cup pumpkin seeds
- 12 cup whole almond
- 14 cup brown sugar
- 14 cup safflower oil
- 3 tablespoons ground flax seeds
- 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F Use a 9 x 13 baking pan.

2Put in oats, wheat germ, brans, buckwheat, seeds, almonds, flax, and hemp.

3Mix gently.

4Sprinkle with brown sugar, and mix again.

5Add the vanilla to the oil and drizzle over, then mix well.

6Place in oven.

7Set your timer for 10 minutes.

8Take it out and mix it, especially in the corners and edges as it cooks faster there.

9Place in oven for another 10 minutes, and then mix again.

10Place in oven for another 10 minutes.

12Remove from oven and let cool.

13Place in a covered container.

14Can be kept at room temperature for a week or 2 at least.
