- 10 ounces peas, frozen
- 1 cup avocado (peeled and cubed)
- 12 cup nonfat sour cream
- 14 cup green onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, minced
- 4 12 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon green chili (canned, drained and chopped)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon black pepper
Directions

1Cook peas according to package directions; drain and place in a food processor.

2Add the avocado, sour cream, onions, cilantro, lime juice, chilies, garlic, salt and pepper; cover and process until smooth.

3Transfer to a bowl; cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled.
