  • 6 cups tightly packed mixed baby salad greens
  • 1/2 lb. (225 g) cooked turkey breast, cut into strips
  • 1/2 lb. (225 g) fresh green beans, trimmed, blanched
  • 1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) quartered artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 cup sliced plum tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup Renee's Spring Herb Italian Vinaigrette
