Spring Pea Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bacon, Chopped
  • 3 stalks Green Onions, Finely Chopped
  • 2 stalks Celery Finely Chopped
  • 1 cup Cauliflower, Finely Chopped
  • 1 package 10oz Frozen Baby Peas, Thawed
  • 1/2 cups Ranch Dressing
  • 1/4 cups Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cups Roasted Sunflower Seeds

Directions

    Fry chopped bacon, set aside.

    Mix all chopped vegetable and peas together in large bowl.
  3. 3
    In separate bowl, mix Ranch and sour cream together and add to veggies. Put in fridge about 1 hour. Before serving, add bacon and sunflower seeds. Mix well.

    I use the smallest peas I can find, but all sizes taste the same.
