- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/2 c. onion, diced
- 1 pt. mayonnaise
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook the noodles for 12 minutes and drain.

2Add the celery and onion.

3Dressing is made with the rest of the ingredients.

4Mix with a wire whisk.

5Pour the dressing over the noodles and refrigerate all night.
