  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 1 c. orange or lemon sherbet
  • 2 c. thawed Cool Whip
  • 2 c. mini marshmallows
  • 1 (8 oz.) can drained pineapple, crushed
  • 1 prepared (9 oz.) graham cracker crumb crust

Directions

    Stir boiling water into Jell-O in medium bowl for 2 minutes or until dissolved.

    Stir in sherbet; mix until melted.

    Refrigerate 25 minutes or until slightly thickened.

    Fold in Cool Whip, marshmallows and pineapple.

    Pour into crust.
