  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream dip with chives
  • 1/2 c. chopped, seeded cucumber
  • 1/4 c. sliced radishes
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • dash of hot pepper sauce

    Scrub potatoes, but don't peel.

    Cut up any large potatoes. Cook in boiling salted water for 15 to 20 minutes, or until tender.
