  • 8 oz. pasta, uncooked

  • 2 cups cut-up fresh asparagus (1-inch lengths)
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Creamy Caesar Dressing
  • grated peel and juice from 1 medium lemon Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions

    Cook pasta as directed on package.

    Meanwhile, cook and stir shrimp and asparagus in hot oil in large skillet 5 to 7 min.

    or until shrimp turn pink and asparagus is crisp-tender.

    Add dressing, lemon peel and juice; stir.

    Drain pasta, reserving 1/4 cup of the cooking liquid.

    Add pasta and reserved cooking liquid to skillet; stir gently.

    Sprinkle with the cheese.
