- 2 (8 oz.) cartons pineapple yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 lb. spinach
- 1 lb. bean sprouts
- 8 slices bacon
- 1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
- 1 can French fried onions
Directions

1In a small bowl stir yogurt, soy sauce, pepper and garlic; cover and chill.

2Fix spinach; don't use stem sprouts.

3Fry bacon; crumble.

4In a bowl, put spinach, sprouts, bacon, water chestnuts and mushrooms.

5Cover and chill for 4 to 6 hours.
