  • 3/4th Cup Whole Wheat Kernels
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 1 Chopped Tomato
  • 1/2 Chopped Cucumber
  • 2 tbsp Peanuts
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 Tbsp Pomegranate seeds

Directions

    Prepare the wheat sprout, by socking wheat kernels for 10 hours, next day drain out the water and tie it in a muslin cloth and hang it for another 10 hours.

    Next day add equal amount of water and boil it till the water evaporates (use sim flame)

    Once done, mix all the above given ingredients to the boiled wheat and serve.
