  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1 c. dark Karo syrup
  • 1 c. light Karo syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans
  • unbaked pie crust

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°. In mixing bowl, mix sugar, eggs, and cornstarch. Add syrups, butter, and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Place pecans in bottom of pie crust and pour filling over. Bake 40 minutes at 350°.
