- 4 clean white Idaho potatoes

1Heat oven to 475°.

2Pour butter in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Cut scrubbed white Idaho potatoes into very thin slices and add to butter, turning to coat in the butter.

3Bake 20 minutes, turning once during this time.

4After 20 minutes, broil 6 inches from heat until crisp and brown.
