  • 1/3 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped pimiento
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • paprika

Directions

    Blend cheese and egg into potatoes.

    Add remaining ingredients, except paprika.

    Bake for 45 minutes in 350° oven. Serves 6.
