  • 3/4 c. pizza sauce
  • 1 Chef Boyardee pizza mix or similar shell
  • 1 c. chopped broccoli
  • 1 c. shredded carrots
  • 1/2 c. sliced red or green bell peppers
  • 5 to 6 oz. shredded low-fat Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese

    Spoon on pizza sauce to crust after putting on pizza or cookie sheet.

    Arrange vegetables over sauce. Sprinkle on the cheese.
