  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
  • 5 c. cooked winter squash (1 large butternut)
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Prick the bottom and sides of prepared pie shell.

    Bake in a 400° oven until golden.

    Make sure the squash is mashed.

    Mix squash with remaining ingredients.

    Pour into hot pie shell.
