Directions

1Boil yellow crookneck squash (cut off ends) until tender. Boil red-skin potatoes.

2Cut squash in half lengthwise.

3Scoop out pulp.

4Add potatoes, butter, salt, pepper, potato toppers and Cheez Whiz.

5Mix with a fork.

6Stuff mixture into squash shells. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 325° for 15 minutes.
