- 1 c. sliced onion
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Place squash and onion in blender with enough water to cover. Process until finely chopped.

3Add flour, salt, pepper and egg.

4Mix well.

5Form into croquettes.

6Fry in hot oil.

7When brown on bottom, turn over and press flat while browning other side.
