- 5 to 6 medium size yellow squash, sliced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 16 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Ritz crackers, crumbled (approximately 2 rolls)
Directions

1Boil squash and onions until tender.

2Drain well and mix with sour cream.

3Layer in casserole dish as follows:

41 layer squash, 1 layer cheese and 1 layer crumbled Ritz crackers.

5Repeat layers, ending with crackers.

6Dot top with margarine.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
