Ingredients
- 6 to 8 medium squash
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg
- 1 can mushroom soup
Directions

1Cream together egg and mushroom soup.

2Cut up squash; cook until tender and all the water has cooked out of them.

3Add margarine (1/2 of margarine), salt, pepper, onion and mushroom soup with egg mixture.

4Let cook a little longer.

5Pour into casserole dish (spray with Pam).

6Crush enough Ritz crackers to cover top and melt margarine (1/2 stick) and pour over top.

7Cook at 350° for 30 minutes.
