- 1 1/2 lb. yellow squash
- 1 small yellow grated onion
- 1 1/2 medium chopped carrots
- 1 small jar chopped pimiento
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- salt to taste
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1/2 stick butter
- 3/4 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix or croutons (Italian seasoned)
Directions

1Boil carrots, onions and squash until tender.

2Put in blender or processor.

3Add other ingredients.

4Bake in casserole dish 45 minutes at 350°.
