- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 stick butter or oleo
- 2 c. cooked squash
- 2 eggs
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. crumbled cornbread
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute onions in oleo.

2Mash squash with fork.

3Combine sauteed onions with slightly beaten eggs.

4Add undiluted soup, squash and cornbread.

5Salt and pepper to taste.

6Mix well and pour in greased casserole.

7Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
