- 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 beaten eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

1Mix cooked squash, cheese, soup, onion, and eggs; salt and pepper to taste.

3Mix melted butter and cracker crumbs together; place on top.
