- 2 c. squash, cooked and drained
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 small onion, chopped
- salt and pepper
- herb seasoned crumbs
- butter
Directions

1Mix squash.

2Add all ingredients, except the crumbs and butter.

3Sprinkle layer of crumbs in shallow casserole dish. Spoon squash mixture over crumbs.

4Cover with additional crumbs and dot with butter.

5Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
