  • 2 c. yellow squash
  • 1 box cornbread mix

Directions

    Boil squash until tender, drain and season to taste.

    Pour into a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

    Prepare cornbread according to box directions and mix in with squash. Bake at 350° until lightly browned.
