  • 2 c. cooked squash
  • 3/4 stick butter or 1/3 c.
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. shredded cheese (Longhorn or Cheddar)
  • 1 Tbsp. dry onion
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 2 c. crushed crackers
