  • 2 lb. cooked fresh squash
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 c. canned milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg. herb dressing mix

Directions

    Cook squash and drain water off.

    Melt butter in hot squash. Beat egg in milk and add to squash.

    Add other ingredients and stir.

    Put in casserole dish and sprinkle top with 1/2 cup herb mix.

    Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 325°.
