- 2 lb. cooked fresh squash
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 c. canned milk
- 1 egg
- 1 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 pkg. herb dressing mix
Directions

1Cook squash and drain water off.

2Melt butter in hot squash. Beat egg in milk and add to squash.

3Add other ingredients and stir.

4Put in casserole dish and sprinkle top with 1/2 cup herb mix.

5Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 325°.
