  • 2 c. cooked squash
  • 3/4 stick butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1 c. grated cheese (sharp)
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 2 c. cracker crumbs

Directions

    Mix all ingredients (except crumbs) well.

    Sprinkle cracker crumbs over the top of the mix and bake for about 40 minutes at 375°.
