Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. squash
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 small jar pimento
  • 2 raw carrots, grated
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing

Directions

    Cook squash and onion in 1 tablespoon butter 5 minutes.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Add the soup, sour cream, pimentos and carrots.

    Grease sides and bottom of casserole dish. Add the dressing and add mixture of squash, onion, soup, sour cream, pimento and carrots.

    Put in casserole dish and sprinkle a little dry dressing on top.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
