- 2 c. squash
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
Directions

1Cook, drain and mash squash.

2Add soup, sour cream and onion to squash.

3Melt butter in casserole.

4Add stuffing mix and blend well.

5Leave half of stuffing in bottom of the dish.

6Pour squash mixture on top and put rest of stuffing on top.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
