  • 2 medium squash
  • 1 qt. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. brown sugar

Directions

    Peel and cut squash. Remove seeds and cut in 1-inch cubes. Cook in boiling salted water until tender; drain.

    Place in buttered baking dish. Top with butter and brown sugar. Bake in a 400° oven

    about 20 minutes or until brown.
