Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 lb. yellow squash
  • 3/4 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 3 tsp. butter (margarine)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Cut and boil squash.

    Saute onion in butter.

    Premix other ingredients in a separate container.

    Combine all ingredients. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes in greased casserole dish.
